Terms of Service

You may only submit a domain, host or asset that you own or for which you hold documented written authorisation from the owner. Unauthorised access to or probing of information systems is a criminal offence under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021. You confirm authorisation before every scan, and that confirmation is recorded.

SYBERIS performs read-only, non-intrusive external assessment: DNS lookups, TLS and HTTP response inspection, public path checks and third-party reputation and vulnerability lookups. We do not exploit vulnerabilities, brute-force credentials, bypass controls, or make any change to your systems.

SYBERIS recommends; it never executes. Every remediation suggestion requires your review and approval, and you remain solely responsible for any change you apply to your environment.

SYBERIS is a technology platform, not a regulatory authority, auditor or law firm. Findings and compliance mappings are assessment aids. We do not certify compliance with UAE IA, PDPL, ADGM DPR, DIFC DP Law or ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and we do not guarantee that your systems are secure or free of vulnerabilities.

Some findings, including CVE matches, are based on software fingerprinting from server banners and may not reflect your actual patch level. False positives and false negatives are possible. Verify material findings with your hosting provider or vendor before acting.

You must not use SYBERIS to assess third-party systems without authorisation, to circumvent access controls, to resell scan output as a certification, or in any way that breaches UAE law.

Guest scans are provided free, read-only, without persistence and without support commitments. They may be rate-limited or withdrawn at any time.

Paid plans are billed in AED monthly or annually in advance. Plan limits — domains, assets, scans and users — are stated on the pricing page and are enforced by the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, SYBERIS' aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from acting on, or failing to act on, an assessment finding.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction, save where a mandatory free-zone forum applies to your entity.
